Founded 2020
Jellatech started in 2020 in Raleigh, North Carolina with a single question: if collagen and other complex human proteins can only be built correctly by human cells, why is nobody growing them that way at scale. Since then the team has moved from first cell lines to characterized, full-length material in the hands of paying partners, and is now scaling the same platform toward additional human proteins.
